We are a boutique email service provider servicing small to medium businesses, individuals, and families who are looking for personalized services. While many of our clients prefer and are encouraged to use their own domain name, individual accounts can also be made available on some of our private domains.
On Boarding
Our server(s) allow us to provide a seamless transfer experience which is almost completely transparent to individual account holders. We understand the backend settings required for a new domain or the transfer from your current provider. So whether you are migrating from another email provider or setting up your email service for the first time, we will help ensure a seamless transfer of your email and all the appropriate records are in place and provide you with the appropriate client software settings.
Archives
Ever delete an email by mistake, or find you need to reference something that seemed unnecessary when you deleted it. Clients who choose our archive option have copies of all inbound and outbound email archived. Missing emails can be recovered quickly using date range, from, to and subject data. Our current retention period is 7 years.
Webmail
We offer a commercial free webmail interface which can be branded to your domain. Our web interface allow clients adjust account settings including sharing mail boxes and mail folders across multiple accounts and domains hosted with BEXX.
Anti-spam and Filtering
In addition to our admins working diligently to minimize the amount of unwanted email, clients can also add and edit their own filters, whitelists and blacklists all via our web interface. Have you ever missed an email in your spam folder, our system generates daily summaries of quarantined email are delivered to your inbox that allow you to select how individual email should be processed.

From changing our SSL encryption keys every 60 days to monitoring illegal access attempts; Our servers employ a numerous features to provide a secure environment for out clients.
